This section sets out the terms and conditions for the VitaHeart™ CHS Money Back Guarantee and details of how to get your money back. Information about VitaHeart™ CHS and the VitaHeart™ Cholesterol 90 Day Challenge on this website forms part of these terms and conditions.

  1. This offer is only applicable if you are currently using VitaHeart™ Cholesterol Health and not another cholesterol support dietary supplement.

  3. Keep your receipt for the VitaHeart™ CHS purchased for the purposes of taking the 90 Day Challenge.

  4. Ensure all cholesterol tests are done under fasting conditions and are carried out by a general practitioner or accredited pathology laboratory. Both results must be obtained from the same doctor or clinic. Click here for more details on cholesterol testing.

  5. If the result taken at the conclusion of the 90 Day Challenge does not show a reduction in cholesterol, we will refund the purchase price of VitaHeart™ CHS up to a maximum of $90. (This is equivalent to the cost of using 2 tablets of VitaHeart™ Cholesterol Health everyday for 90 Days).

  6. No other expenses (for example, fees for cholesterol testing) will be refunded.

  7. To claim your refund, mail a copy of your VitaHeart™ CHS product receipt and your cholesterol test results to VitaHeart™ Cholesterol 90 Day Challenge, 3750 Investment Lane Ste 2 West Palm Beach FL 33404.

  8. This promotion runs from July 2009 - July 2010.

  9. You must retain the original or a copy of your receipt and test results for verification purposes. The promoter reserves the right to refuse the refund if original documents cannot be provided.
